- Welcome by Shelter Tour Vollie Team
- Who is SOSD? Where are we now? Where the dogs come from?

- Safety Tips
- Tour of shelter unit (food prep, team clean & some dogs with special stories to share)
- Dog interaction with Canine Chums dogs

1. Due to physical space constraint, tours capacity is limited. We would not be able to accept walk-in without registration.
2. Please allow approximately 90 mins for the tour, and more time if you have questions.
3. A token registration fee is administered to defray the operating cost. We seek your understanding.
4. The tour WILL PROCEED, rain or shine (or snow)!

Frequently asked questions

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

No age limit, but please be prepared that dogs will bark (and some are boisterous and loud!) and this might be scary for little ones.

What should I bring into the event?

Hat & umbrella. Drinking water for your own consumption. Treats for the dogs are welcomed. Please DO NOT bring your dog.

What's the refund policy?

No refund. Not transferable to other events.

Is the location wheelchair accessible?

The presentation function room is wheelchair accessible, but space in the shelter is limited and is not wheelchair accessible.

Where to park if I am driving to event?

Google map link : https://goo.gl/maps/k61WZur6sj52 By car: Keep left on Sungei Tengah Road, drive up the slope and pass by Prince Landscape and AVA. After entering ANIMAL LODGE main gate, you can park at the lots available in compound.

Is there public transport options to get to the event?

By public transport: Take bus 975 (opposite Lot 1) or 172 (from the Choa Chu Kang bus interchange) and alight at the bus stop opposite Chengtai Nursery. Cross the road & walk up the slope, which would take about 15-20 mins from the bus stop.

Important Notes:

If you are early, please feel free to walk around the outside of the shelter. But do not enter any of the gates/doors. Also, there will most probably be many dogs being brought out/in by their handlers. Please DO NOT pat or touch any dog without first asking the handler if it's okay.
