What to expect: Breathwork and guided meditation to align with your sovereign self followed by learning how to make your own cleansing body scrub and how it detoxifies not just your full being, releasing negative thoughts and emotions.

Why:

Cultural norms tell us that beauty is an external expereince, not a spritual one. As a result, we seek validation from the outside instead of the inside. When we embrace a holistic approach, we tap into something deeper, revealing of our authentic selves.

When powered with intent, your beauty rituals nourishes not just your skin but your soul. It awakes your senses and beings you into alignment with the true essence of who you really are. 70% of what we put on our bodies goes into our blood stream, this also goes into all parts and systems of our being and is a beautiful way to connect and honour our physical and spiritual body.

In the workshop, you will learn how the ancient practice of scrubbing through multiple traditions and cultures is a powerful of releasing what no longer serves you. The benefits are immediate: clarity and calm mind, weight lifted, deep-connection with self, improved circulation and lymphatic functions, and soft skin.

You will be making one pot of body scrub which can last a month. The Cleansing Body Scrub kit includes organic black seed oil, organic coconut oil, vanilla essence, Himalayan pink salt, coffee, brown sugar, and dried lavender.

Note: Black seed oil is known to heal "everything but death". It has a long history from Ancient Egypt and has a vast number of healing properties.

Where: Digitally over ZOOM. You will receive an email with meeting details.

When: Saturday 16 May starting at 3pm promptly (Singapore time), the room will open ten minutes early at 2:50pm.

Workshop prep: Get cosy and create you own sacred space – gather your favourite essential oils, crystals, light a candle. This is your time for you and to connect to yourself. You will also need space, this can be a table or on the floor to make your body scrub. If you have your own essential oils and other dried flowers or herbs, you may want to add to this too.

For those living outside or purchasing just the workshop, you will need natural plant oil, coffee, sugar, salt, essential oils, and a container. Dried flowers and herbs are a great addition but not necessary.
