SLEEP POTIONS WORKSHOP

What to expect: Introduction to your evening routine, guided meditation to help with sleep, making Sleep Spray and Dream Dust.

Why: In the modern world, it can be challenging to get a good night’s rest. Keeping a healthy morning lifestyle as well as a calming evening ritual are excellent ways to prepare the body for restful sleep filled with exciting and inspiring dreams! There are even traditions in which herbs are used during sleep, not only to bring about peaceful snoozing, but also to create vivid, lucid dreaming landscapes sure to bring happiness, rather than grogginess, to your waking state.

The practice of using herbs and crystals dates back centuries and was originally thought to protect against evil, bring good dreams, calm bad dreams, foresee the future, or even conjure a lover into one’s life! No matter the reason, herbs and crystals are an easy way to help promote peaceful sleep and encourage dreaming.

In this workshop, you will receive a kit to create one Crystal Sleep Spray to spray on your pillow and one jar of Dream Dust to take with warm water before bed. The kit includes crystals, therapeutic grade essential oils, glass spray bottle for the Sleep Spray and a selection of organic herbs and glass jar for your Dream Dust. Organic herbs include Lavender, Gotu Kola, Stevia, Lemon Balm, Camomile, and Nettle Leaf.

You will need something to blend your herbs - blender, food processor, thermomix, coffee grinder, bullet blender etc.

Where: Digitally over ZOOM. You will receive an email with meeting details.

When: Friday 22 May starting at 7pm promptly (Singapore time), the room will open ten minutes early at 6:50pm.

Workshop prep: Get cosy and create you own sacred space – gather your favourite essential oils, crystals, light a candle. This is your time for you and to connect to yourself. You will also need space this can be a table or on the floor. As you will need to blend your herbs down please make sure this is why your or you can do this part of the workshop in the kitchen.

For those living in Singapore, you can opt for the workshop to include the Sleep Remedy kit. It will ready for collection/delivered to you a day prior to the workshop.

For those living outside of Singapore, you will need to get the materials together yourself.
