Enter deep relaxation and fall asleep with a gentle hypnotic voice, healing frequencies and vibrations for a complete energetic reset. This beautifully curated soundscape experience helps promote relaxation, ease anxiety and stress, and improve sleep quality.Mae will guide you through a 15-minute guided meditation (yoga nidra), followed by a 40-minute healing soundscape experience with Tibetan full moon singing bowls and gong while the warm glow of the candles helps you to relax and prepares your body for sleep.Our FacilitatorLondon-born Mae Kwan started her spiritual journey more than a decade ago when she first attended a Hindu philosophy class at an ashram in Hong Kong. Determined to enter her first class with an open heart, Mae was inspired to study further and immersed herself in meditation, Tibetan singing bowl therapy, yoga teacher training, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT tapping), Mindscape and Feng Shui certifications.Musically, Mae started her classical music training at the age of 5 then continued to explore her singing and song-writing skills when she took a year out from her architectural studies. Since then, Mae has performed her own material on numerous occasions in London and Hong Kong. This combination of talent, skill and experience have enabled Mae to become a dynamic player that performs according to the energetic connection she makes with her clients.Our StudioOur Wellness Studio is a space that is dedicated to hosting and conducting sound healing related sessions and training. We also offer personal Singing Bowl Therapy sessions by various Sound Healing Practitioners.
