Sound Journey & Stillness is a 90-minute sound bath meditation to help you pause, reconnect, and rest deeply. Through sound, stillness, and shared presence, this session invites calm, clarity, and emotional release in the midst of everyday noise.


What to Expect

This is more than just a sound bath—it's a guided inward journey.
You'll experience:

  • An active visualization meditation to set intention and engage the mind-body connection
  • A sound bath using singing bowls and healing frequencies for emotional release and deep rest
  • Tea-Sharing Circle to gently land, reflect, and connect with others in a soft, supportive space

Whether you're releasing stress, seeking clarity, or simply in need of rest, this session offers a soul-level reset.


What to Bring

  • A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
  • A blanket or jacket to stay warm
  • An eye mask (optional, for deeper immersion)
  • A journal for post-session reflections

This space is open to anyone feeling overwhelmed, tired, or disconnected—and ready to come home to themselves. You don’t need to have meditated before. Just bring your presence, your breath, and the willingness to slow down.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need any experience with meditation or sound baths?

Not at all. This session is beginner-friendly and fully guided. You just need to show up and allow yourself to receive.

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothes you can relax in—think yoga wear, loungewear, or anything cozy. Layers are great in case the room gets cool during the sound bath.

What if I fall asleep?

That’s totally fine (and common!). Your body receives the healing benefits of sound even while sleeping. Falling asleep is often a sign that you needed deep rest.

Is there movement involved?

Very minimal. We begin with a short visualization and grounding practice, but most of the session is experienced lying down in stillness.
