Not at all! Unlike traditional meditation where you actively focus your mind, a sound bath is a passive experience. The frequencies of the instruments do the work for you, naturally shifting your brainwaves into a calmer state. All you need to do is lie down, listen, and be open.

What should I wear and bring?

Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing so you can completely relax and breathe deeply without restriction. Bring a water bottle along with you—staying hydrated after a session is highly recommended to help flush out toxins and keep you feeling refreshed.

What will I feel during the session?

Everyone’s experience is unique, and it can change from session to session. You might feel physical sensations like a gentle tingling, experience visual imagery or colors, feel a release of heavy emotions, or simply drift into a deep, restful sleep. There is no "wrong" way to experience it.

How will I feel afterwards?

Most people leave feeling deeply grounded, peaceful, and recharged. You may also feel a bit "floaty" or tired as your body processes the relaxation. We recommend drinking plenty of water, moving gently, and taking it easy for the rest of the day.

Who should avoid sound baths?

Sound baths are generally safe for everyone. However, if you are in your first trimester of pregnancy, have severe clinical depression or anxiety, have vertigo,  have a pacemaker, or are prone to sound-induced epilepsy, please consult your doctor before joining us.
