Day 2 Highlights: Frequency Meets Function
Experience sound as medicine for the body, mind, and nervous system.
- 6.30pm-7.15pm- Sound Therapy for Stress & Anxiety Regulation
Using scientifically tuned sound frequencies and rhythmic vibrations, we stimulate the vagus nerve and activate your parasympathetic response, the body’s natural calming system. Especially supportive for those navigating chronic stress, anxious thoughts, or emotional fatigue, this session restores balance by bringing the brain and body back into rhythmic coherence.
