• Pain au Levain – A classic French-style sourdough with a hearty crust and tender crumb
• Country Focaccia – Rustic, golden and airy with olive oil and herbs
• Trio Quinoa Sourdough – Wholesome and nutty with a blend of red, white, and black quinoa
• Sourdough Soft Loaf – A lighter, sandwich-style loaf that’s soft yet naturally leavened
