About Southern Islands Eco-Escape

Discover a rustic getaway just minutes from Sentosa, where pristine beaches meet rich biodiversity and sustainable tourism practices converge.

Explore untouched nature and the connected islands of Lazarus, St John’s and Kias. This guided walking tour showcases Lazarus Island’s pioneering eco-conscious accommodations: Big Tiny's sustainable tiny homes that seamlessly blend modern comfort with environmental responsibility, and Into the Woods' glamping retreats nestled beside Eagle Bay beach. Discover environmentally conscious activities by Lazarus Sea Sports Centre and Gogreen, where non-motorized water sports and cycling offer excitement while protecting marine ecosystems and minimising environmental impact.

Following the walking tour, attendees have an option of either (a) exploring the island, or (b) complimentary 30-minute kayak session at Lazarus Sea Sports Centre.

At Sisters Island, participants can expect to see corals growing along the sides of the floating boardwalk and reef fishes that feed and hide among the corals.

The Southern Islands welcomes travellers of all ages to escape the city life, reconnect with nature, and create meaningful experiences with a small environmental footprint.

Please meet at the Seah Im Bus Interchange at 10am. Buses will drop participants off at VivoCity at 2.30pm.

By registering for the tour, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

Photos and videos may be taken by the organisers during the tour and used for publicity purposes
Unauthorised recording in any form, including video and audio, is not allowed during the tour
Participants shall be responsible for any injury, loss or damage due to carelessness or other actions on his/her part

Participation in this activity is entirely voluntary. Participants should be aware that this activity may carry risks of injury and/or damage to my property. I agree not to hold the Urban Redevelopment Authority and SDC responsible and to indemnify the Urban Redevelopment Authority from and against any such action and/or liability that I or a third party may suffer as a result of my own actions or negligence. If my child or ward is participating in this activity and is below 18 years old, I agree to the above on his/her behalf.
For safety reasons, outdoor tours might be cancelled in the event of inclement weather such as thunderstorms. We agree and accept that the Urban Redevelopment Authority and SDC shall not be held liable for any form of compensation or refund whatsoever arising out of the cancellation of the outdoor tour(s), unless otherwise stated.
In the event participants are unable to attend the above-mentioned tour, we agree and accept that no refund for the tour fee shall be made.
