What is Mindful Art?

Mindful art combines the therapeutic flow of watercolours and mark making techniques. It’s not about creating beautiful art — it's about being present in the moment, being curious, and nurturing our creativity. In this workshop, you'll be guided through basic techniques that allow you to express yourself freely, while embracing the intuitiveness of the process.

Who is This Workshop For?

  • Anyone looking for a creative outlet and stress-relief practice
  • Beginners who want to try something new in a relaxed, non-judgmental environment
  • Those seeking a mindful and meditative hands on art experience

We sincerely hope that you can be on time for this workshop so that we can all gradually ease in and minimize disruption for all participants :)
