David Geraghty (Bell X1)
Solo show!
Songwriter and multi-instrumentalist David Geraghty is a founding member of Bell X1, one of Ireland’s most acclaimed bands. Over the course of ten albums — including four No.1 releases — Geraghty has helped shape the group’s distinctive sound, touring extensively across the world and sharing stages with U2 and Ed Sheeran.
Beyond Bell X1, Geraghty has built an impressive career as a composer for film and television, contributing scores to productions featuring Aidan Gillen and Tom Vaughan-Lawlor, including the acclaimed series The Dry.
“Geraghty has proven himself a master of melody in the past, but this album confirms he’s a crackerjack when it comes to groove and soul too.”
Hot Press added: “Flawless falsettos, shimmering synths and rhythms so infectious they could carry their own health warning… seriously impressive.”
Welcome to McKowski Cafe, a weekly happening taking place each Thursday, where you get the chance to see your favourite artists in the very intimate setting of the speakeasy bar of the Harrison Hotel. Each night is curated by Mark McKowksi, introducing a special musical guest for a live performance in The Live Lounge, with table service and candlelight vibes, followed by vinyl listening in the speakeasy bar for those who wish to stay for a late drink. Tickets are extremely limited so advanced booking is advised. Tickets are £15 per show (plus booking fee). Special combo offers available for a room and ticket for those wishing to stay the night. Also season tickets available for £100 so you can attend every show this season.
