Who can attend these sessions?

These sessions are open to children of all abilities, with a focus on children with special needs. Parents or caregivers are welcome to accompany their child for additional support.

2. Does my child need prior yoga experience?

Not at all! The sessions are designed for beginners as well as children who may already have some experience with yoga.

3. What will my child be doing in the session?

Children will be guided through gentle yoga movements, breathing practices, and mindfulness activities to help with relaxation, focus, and self-awareness — all in a way they can adapt according to their ability.

What should my child wear or bring?

Comfortable clothing that allows easy movement. Children may bring their own yoga mats, however if you need one, do email us- parul@blissyogasg.com or PM +65-90697914

Can parents/Caregivers join the session?

Yes 1 Caregiver access is complimentary to support their child if needed. Parents are welcomed to observe their child too.
