About this event
🌿 So what is this?
Let’s be real — navigating adulthood can feel like you’re running on autopilot with no real manual. This is your invitation to slow down, sip on some chai, and have the kind of conversations you didn’t even know you were craving.
“Spill the Chai With Me” is a gentle social experiment disguised as a cozy catch-up.Think: a safe space for curious souls who want to talk about the stuff no one prepared us for — identity, relationships, money, purpose, burnout, and all the messy, beautiful in-betweens.
It’s not a workshop. Not a support group. Definitely not a networking event.Just honest chats, led by a coach (hi, that’s me 👋🏽), with other people who are also figuring it out.
🫖 Who’s this for?
- You’re in your 30s or 40s
- You’ve done a bit of soul-searching and want to go deeper — with others
- You’re curious about how others are navigating the same weirdly complex stage of life
- You want to feel seen, heard, and nourished — like, emotionally and chai-fully
☕️ P.S. Coffee drinkers are welcome too. We don’t discriminate. The only rule is: be open and curious.
✨ What to expect
- Warm chai (literally and metaphorically)
- A grounding check-in to land in the space
- Thought-provoking prompts + small group conversations
- No fixing, advice-giving, or performance — just presence
- A space where it’s okay to not have the answers
📍Details

- Success – Redefining Success & Self-Worth What if success wasn’t measured by your title or paycheck, but by how fulfilled you feel?
- Belonging – Finding Your Place in Adulthood What belonging means when life looks different than you imagined.
4. Spirituality – Your Grown-Up Search for Meaning Because one day you wake up and realise brunch, and bottomless mimosas aren’t enough—you want something deeper.

👋🏽 About your host
Hi, I’m Premi Streram — founder of Thrively, dentist, certified ontological coach (ACC, ICF & Newfield trained), community builder, chai enthusiast, and fellow human navigating the chaos that is life.
Whether I’m wearing my scrubs as a dentist or holding space as a coach, my mission is to support people in making empowered intentional choices and build deeper connection — to self, and to others.
I created Thrively as a space for those seeking to discover who they are outside of what they do and how I do this is through 1:1 coaching, bespoke retreats and intentional experiences.
This space — Spill the Chai With Me — is one of the many ways we begin that journey, together.

Frequently asked questions
Not at all. While this space is designed for honest conversation, you’re always welcome to just listen. You decide how much or how little you want to share.
Not quite. While the space is held by a coach, this isn’t a structured coaching session. It’s more of a guided conversation where real humans gather to reflect, connect, and be.
Nope — this is an inclusive space for anyone in their 30s, 40s and beyond who resonates with the theme and is open to authentic connection
No, there’s no obligation at all. This gathering is pay-as-you-wish because we want to keep it accessible while also honouring the energy, time, and focus that go into creating and holding the space.
