About this event

Come and join us on December 9th for an in-depth panel discussion on sustainable development among industry leaders.

This event brings together Esther AN, an ardent champion for sustainable development and ‘conserve as we construct’ advocate. Gavin ADDA represents Total’s commitment, to transform from an oil major, to a responsible energy major that will provide affordable, reliable and cleaner energy. Frank VITTE represents one of Singapore’s first international collaborations, to help us meet our commitment to reduce GHGs emitted per dollar GDP by 36% by 2030. The BlueSG ride sharing partnership with Bollore Group, aims to go beyond electric car sharing in Singapore, to include Bluebus and Bluetram across Asia. Bill WINTERS, Standard Chartered CEO, will further elaborate our commitment to help build sustainable commerce, and the work that is being taken by the “Taskforce on Scaling Voluntary Carbon Markets”.

Hear from the panelists about the relevant and valuable lessons learnt on Singapore’s journey towards a more sustainable future. Attendees should also expect some concrete and commercially viable ideas being shared, and call-to-actions we can all take back to our respective organisations. Time will be set aside for Q&As.
