- Learn What TRE® is. Understand what this power is that nature has built into your system and how to access it.
- Experience TRE®. The Session Provider will lead participants through the basic exercises and guide a 15-minute tremor session so that you can learn how to start, how practice safely and how to stop.
- Integrate & Reflect. Participants will be given time to integrate their practice and be asked to share what they have noticed.
- Q&A, Safe Practices. Learn how to safely practice TRE® on your own, clarify doubts and satisfy your curiosity about this new embodied experience.
