At WAH, we offer Heart-Based Listening (HBL), a practice-based approach that upgrades how you communicate, collaborate, and connect. It's NOT a training, it's Experiential Learning.

First 15 minutes: Introduction to We Are Hear (WAH) and Basics in Listening.

Listening sessions: You will be paired in dyads or triads to practice listening and sharing.
