For the first time in Singapore, join US clinical psychologist and award winning author, Dr. Sharon Saline, in this interactive training session as she explores ADHD's neurological roots, identifies co-existing conditions, and offers innovative strategies for enhancing executive functioning.

Central to Dr. Saline's approach are the "5 Cs of ADHD™," a strength-based framework that empowers individuals and families. By integrating mindfulness, cognitive therapy, and positive psychology, she equips participants with practical solutions for daily living, reducing stress and fostering positivity.

From improving focus and organization to enhancing planning and motivation, this workshop covers a spectrum of innovative tools. Through experiential exercises and real-life case studies, attendees gain a deeper understanding of living with ADHD and learn to move beyond mere medication and crisis management.

By the end of this workshop, participants will have learnt the following:

• Understand the biology and symptoms of ADHD across the lifespan

• Get updates on current research on ADHD and executive functioning including medication and non-medication options

• Understand co-existing conditions, learning challgenges, trauma affected by ADHD

• Describe the anxiety spectrum and learn techniques to restore calm and resilience

• Practical interventions to reduce conflict and improve social-emotional skills


Participants will walk away with tangible strategies for identifying and nurturing cognitive and social-emotional strengths in clients with ADHD. Whether you're a clinician, social worker, educator, or healthcare provider, this comprehensive session offers invaluable insights to support individuals with ADHD on their journey to success.


This course has been approved for eight (8) CPD hours by Singapore Association for Counselling.


About Sharon Saline

Sharon Saline, Psy.D. is a licensed clinical psychologist with more than 30 years’ experience. She is a consultant on ADHD, anxiety, learning differences and mental health challenges as well as their impact on school and family dynamics. A veteran workshop facilitator and lecturer with an international audience, Dr Saline is known for her ability to deliver her learning objectives impactfully with her didactic and experiential style. Her book is the recipient of two highly-acclaimed awards: Best Book Awards winner by American Book Fest and the Gold Medal from Moms’ Choice Awards. Dr. Saline is a regular contributor to ADDitude.com and PsychologyToday.com. She is a featured expert on MASS Appeal on WWLP-TV and a part-time lecturer at the Smith School for Social Work. Dr. Saline is also a member of ADDitude Magazine’s ADHD Specialist Panel. She currently lives with her family in Northampton, MA.
