Welcome to Strengths in Action - The Best of Me, The Best of Us

Objective of the workshop:

This strengths-based workshop is designed to unlock the individual and collective potential of leaders by leveraging the Gallup CliftonStrengths framework. Through a highly interactive and reflective experience, participants will gain deeper insight into their unique talents, learn how to intentionally apply their strengths toward meaningful goals, and understand how to collaborate more effectively as a team.

The session aims to shift mindsets from fixing weaknesses to amplifying what’s right, enabling leaders to show up at their best, build trust through authenticity, and contribute with greater confidence and clarity.

Registrants who notify us of their cancellation more than one month prior to the workshop will have the option to apply the full amount of their tuition to a future course or receive a refund of their tuition less $400. Fee is transferable to another attendee from the same organisation.
