Studio Sessions: The Flow Practice • 16 July 2025

This practice, where you'll be engaged in movement for most of the duration, guides you through an exploration of your innate fluidity and strength. We'll integrate breath-work with lymphatic activation, moments of improvisation, and soothing fascia work. This class offers a holistic approach to feeling more comfortable and connected in your own body, regardless of your previous movement experience.
