The search for both meaning and success starts with three questions:

- How do I pinpoint what I do best?
- How do I use my natural talents to be more successful?
Join this workshop exclusively for INSEAD alumni, conducted by Gallup - a leading management consulting firm (known best for its public opinion polls!) and become a happier and more successful person & an effective leader!
Gallup research proves that people succeed when they focus on what they do best. When they identify their talents and develop them into strengths, people are more productive, perform better and are more engaged. The challenge is that people often take their most powerful talents for granted, and many are not fully aware of them.
This is a practical session based on findings from Gallup’s extensive, ongoing research into how people can become highly effective and efficient by intentionally applying their talents and strengths. It will take participants on a journey that begins with an awareness of their own unique blend of talents. Participants will learn how to take ownership of their personal talents and strengths and to appreciate their individuality and the valuable contributions they offer. This knowledge will then help them focus on specific goals to achieve greater personal and professional success. Team leaders will gain the techniques and practical experience they need to manage in ways that are strengths-based and performance-oriented.
We are pleased to have negotiated a workshop exclusively for INSEAD alumni. It is highly advisable for participants to take the 45 min assessment prior to the session to make the best use of the session. Once you have paid, we will distribute a link to the 'Top 5 Strengths Assessment’ test.

Who Should Attend
This program is for individuals who want to achieve their greatest potential by using their natural talents. This workshop is also for anyone who manages people and wants proven strategies, principles and activities for engaging every member of his or her team and enhancing his or her team’s overall performance.
Sign up before 31 May to secure a space (limited capacity) and ensure enough time for assessment test.
Test will be taken one week prior and links sent to participants.
