Come unplug from the world — and come home to you.

Ever feel like you just can’t switch off — even when you want to?
Your mind’s still scrolling, your phone’s still buzzing, and quiet feels just out of reach.

Let Me Be’s Digital Detox Sessions offer a gentle invitation to disconnect from the noise and return to yourself.

Tucked away in a peaceful pocket of greenery — just two bus stops from Redhill MRT — our space feels like a pause button in the middle of the city. Quiet, calming, and just far enough to breathe a little deeper. 😌🌿

✨ What to Expect

We’ll provide:

  • Light refreshments
  • A small library of books
  • Simple craft materials

You’re welcome to journal, create, reflect, or simply rest.
If there’s something specific you’d like to work on, feel free to bring your own tools or materials.

We ask that voices remain low throughout to maintain a calm and reflective atmosphere.

📵 Device Drop-Off

When you arrive, you’ll be invited to fully unplug. A device station will be available for you to safely leave your phone if you choose. We’ll tag it for you — and you’ll simply collect it at the end of your session.

⏰ Session Timing

Each session runs for 3 hours. To honour the energy of the space:

  • Please arrive on time for your booked slot
  • You’re welcome to join even if late, but you'll still need to leave when your session ends
  • Staying on for the next session won’t be possible, as we’ll be resetting the space

This helps us keep the experience intentional for everyone 💛

🪑 Seating

Seating is free and open — first-come, first-served.
You’re welcome to choose a corner that feels good to you, whether that’s by the window, in a cosy nook, or at a table for creating!

Frequently asked questions

What should I bring?

You’re welcome to bring a journal, book, or any light creative materials you’d like to use. While we’ll have some supplies available, we recommend bringing your own if there’s something specific you’d like to do — just so you’re not left disappointed.

Will my phone or belongings be safe?

Yes, we’ll have a designated area for you to place your phone and belongings and all items will be manned during your session. While the space will be monitored, we encourage bringing only what you need for peace of mind.

Can I eat in the space?

Light snacks will be provided and can be enjoyed in the space. If you’re bringing your own snacks, please keep them tidy and scent-free to respect others in the room. Otherwise, you may be kindly asked to step outside to enjoy them.

Do I have to stay silent the whole time?

Not completely — gentle, hushed conversations are okay, but we ask everyone to be mindful and help maintain a calm, quiet environment.

What can I do during the session?

Anything that helps you slow down — journaling, drawing, reading, daydreaming, or simply sitting in stillness. No pressure to “do” anything at all.

Organized by

Let Me Be is here to help you return to who you truly are — before the world told you who you had to be.

If you’ve ever felt stuck, disconnected, or like you’re living a life that doesn’t fully feel like yours… you’re not alone.

Many of us are moving through life on autopilot — shaped by expectations, old stories, and inherited patterns. Let Me Be exists to help you gently unlearn that conditioning and come back to yourself.

We blend Human Design, breathwork, self-reflection, with a variety of other modalities and practices to guide you back to your own clarity, rhythm, and truth.

This isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about peeling back the layers until what’s left feels real, aligned, and fully you.

If you’re ready to lead your life from a place of intention — not obligation — you’re in the right place.
