Welcome to Sunrise Yoga in the Park!

Come join us at Meyer Road Playground for a rejuvenating yoga session as the sun rises on Tuesday mornings at 6:30 AM (Asia/Singapore Time). Let's start our day with some peaceful stretches and calming breaths in the midst of nature.

No need to worry about experience level, whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, everyone is welcome! Just bring your yoga mat, some water, and an open mind.
