This session uses gentle soundscapes to guide you from the city’s energy into deep stillness. You will be guided through a dream technique to declutter your subconscious and set an intention for your sleep, leaving you feeling more aligned.
Participants will be guided into deep relaxation on Heveya’s signature meditation mats - designed for stillness, presence and ease, and crafted from 100% organic latex - with guided meditations delivered via headphones and complemented by eyemasks to encourage full immersion and presence.
