Dual recovery is needed for individuals with dual diagnosis and experiencing multiple challenges to their mental health. This support group aims to provide professional support and resources for individuals who require dual recovery. This will also be a safe open space where individuals can exchange insights and support each other in the fight to recovery.

DISCLAIMER:

• The support group leads will be note-taking however, participants will remain anonymous.
• It is only open for individuals who have been diagnosed with or are currently going through Anxiety, Depression, or both.
• This support group is for those who are considering to experience therapy for symptoms of depression or anxiety with a mental health professional
• This support group is limited to 6-8 participants to allow the participants to be in a comfortable, safe and reliable environment fit for sharing
• This support group is only open to participants who have NOT registered or participated in more than 2 other support groups conducted during this 3 week event. This is to give way to others to participate in support groups as well
