This support group is aimed towards people who are recovering from any emotional difficulties

Emotional Anonymous or EA describes the support for individuals with emotional difficulties in their efforts to live a more manageable life by using the Emotional Anonymous Program of recovery. This support group aims to make participants feel they are not alone in the struggle of emotional difficulties. Participants will get to ask for support and resources from professionals in the session.

DISCLAIMER:<ul><li>The support group leads will be note-taking however, participants will remain anonymous.</li><li>This support group is limited to 6-8 participants to allow the participants to be in a comfortable, safe and reliable environment fit for sharing</li><li>This support group is only open to participants who have NOT registered or participated in more than 2 other support groups conducted during this 3 week event. This is to give way to others to participate in support groups as well</li><ul></ul></ul>
