She completed her professional experience with a coaching training in 2016 and since then blends her HR expertise and coaching skills to enable people &amp; organizations’ development in multi-cultural environments.She is a strong believer in building sustainable change both at a micro &amp; macro stage and advocates for HR and Leadership sustainable practices.Hogan®, Gallup CliftonStrengths®, Team Coaching &amp; International Coaching Federation certified.
