Symposium on Nutrition and Healthy Longevity

Asia and Southeast Asia face a major demographic shift with rapidly aging populations, impacting healthcare, economies, and society. This symposium will discuss the latest science on aging, the roles of nutrition and concepts of "inflammaging" and immune-senescence, from clinical to translational upstream approaches, such as early and mid-life nutrition, lifestyle and social interventions. It will showcase innovative approaches, tools and technologies for healthy longevity, and address policy, program, and regulatory strategies for preventive care to reduce the healthcare burden of aging.

Expert speakers and discussions will highlight the importance of cross collaborations in promoting healthy longevity in Southeast Asia.
