What are the Ticket sales timings?

Tickets are on sale now now till the following dates/ times: One Day Ticket for 22 June: 7pm on 22 June | One Day Ticket for 23 June: 7pm on 23 June | VIP Tickets: 7pm on 22 June or while stocks last

What is your refund policy?

All ticket and session tickets are non-refundable. Please contact tcq@eliphant.co for queries.

Question 4

I am a student, how can I get the student discount?

Please email a photo of your student ID to tcq@eliphant.co with your name and date of birth. We will then send you a discount code for the 50% discount. This code will be valid for purchasing up to 5 tickets.

Can I purchase group tickets?

Each email address can purchase up to 10 tickets. 
For group purchases larger than 10, please contact tcq@eliphant.co

Who should I contact for Media Passes and enquiries?

How does the Game Library work?

You can rent games from our library at a flat fee of $10 no matter the number of players. Our friendly staff will help you find the game that fits your style and with any rules questions!

How do the Game Sessions work?

Please sign up for the various game sessions at https://TableConQuest24.eventbrite.sg under the “Add-ons” section of the ticketing page. Once purchased, you will receive a ticket via email.

During the event, head to the respective game session booth or table and have your ticket ready to be scanned

Question 9

Do I need a general entry ticket for the game sessions?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you must have a One Day Ticket or VIP Ticket in order to enter the event hall.

Question 10

How long will you hold my Game Session slot?

Accepted Answer

Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of your session. As all sessions will start on time, game session organisers reserve the right to give your spot to a walk-in if you are not present on time. All fees and tickets are non-refundable.

If the sessions are full, can I walk in?

Accepted Answer

Yes, can check at the session table you are interested in to see if there are any free slots available.

Can I bring my own games?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Have a game on your shelf that you never get to play? Bring it along and challenge others in the Open Play area.
