About this Event
Mindful Moments is hosting a regular online practice session open to all who are interested in practicing mindfulness in a community, whether or not you have any experience in mindfulness.
Each session will be led by Mindfulness Coach Erin or a guest mindfulness practitioner / teacher, and will focus on various mindfulness practices guided in stillness and/or movement.
Please dress in comfortable, non-restrictive clothes. Each practice session will last 20-30 minutes, after which you may wish to have a short chat with Erin about mindfulness or connect with one another.
