TechLadies is a community-led initiative for women to connect, learn and advance as programmers.

TechLadies Tech Talks is a series of technical talks with each session focusing on a different technical topic. At these talks, you will learn about the topic from ladies who are picking up the skill. We believe that a supportive community and peer learning is essential on the journey to becoming a good programmer.

In this second instalment, we will be talking about Python. Come learn from each other, make friends and ask questions on 11th August (Thu)!

Who should join us

If you have been practicing Python for 2-6 months and wish to find a community to learn with, you should join us!

If you want to start picking up Python, do come with some basic knowledge to get the most out of this talk. You can learn more by reading this online book. It is a lot of information but start at ‘General Introduction’ :)

Quick note

Most of us are beginners who just started coding this year. We don't type at lightning speed. We are proud to be novices, blush when we don't know the answers and are more than happy to be tipped on how to do better.
