I cannot make it for the event. What should I do?

Please cancel your ticket so that we can release your spot for others on the wait list. To do so, go to your order confirmation email (check your spam/ junk folder if it is not in your main inbox), click on 'Go To My Tickets' and follow the instructions that appear on-screen.

How do I cancel my order if I'm using the Eventbrite app?

Simply go to your ticket for the event on the app, scroll to the 'Cancel Order' option and follow the instructions that appear on-screen.

I am on the waitlist. When would I know if I can get a ticket?

Accepted Answer

We will inform you of ticket availability via email (including spam/ junk folder)when we have cancelled orders. Ticket allocation will be in the order of registration. If you receive this email, please reserve your spot within the time limit or it will be released to the next guest on the waitlist.

Question 5

Can I attend without a ticket?

Accepted Answer

We will advise against this. The venue is physically unable to accommodate beyond its seating capacity, which the number of available tickets reflect. We cannot admit un-ticketed guests when this capacity is met.

Question 6

Will I be contacted via mobile if I am waitlisted and a ticket becomes available?

Accepted Answer

Only if you have provided your mobile number. If you are notified via text message of ticket availability, please check your email (check also your spam/ junk folder) for an email from Eventbrite with instructions. If you do not provide your mobile number, you will only be informed via email.
