In our busy lives, stress often lives in the body — long after the moment has passed.

TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) is a gentle, body-based technique that activates your body’s natural reflex mechanism of shaking to release stored tension, calm the nervous system, and support deep relaxation.

In this 60-minute session, you’ll learn what TRE® is, why it works, and experience it for yourself through a guided practice with certified TRE® facilitator Wynn. It’s a safe, simple and effective way to reconnect with your body and let go of built-up stress.

Do I need to be fit or flexible?

Not at all! TRE® is beginner-friendly and adaptable to all body types. Just wear clothes you’re comfortable lying down and moving in.

Will this be intense or emotional?

Everyone’s experience is different. Some feel relaxed, some emotional — and both are perfectly okay. You’ll be guided with care.

Do I need any experience?

No experience is needed. This session is suitable for absolute beginners as well as those looking to revisit their TRE® practice.
