- Warming Up – Awaken each part of your body, head to toe, noticing and honoring your current energy.
- Flowing – Move with soft, connected motions, letting the music carry you.
- Staccato – Release what no longer serves with clear, sharp, intentional gestures.
- Storms – Move wildly and freely—shake, jump, spin—letting the body speak and release.
- Retardando – Gradually slow down, centering and preparing for deep rest.
- Finally, melt into Stillness with a guided breath meditation and a restorative sound bath, filling your entire being with warmth, clarity, and gratitude.

We begin by rooting deeply, breathing from the core of the earth,
and slowly waking the body — head, heart, and limbs —

We glide into flowing movement,
