Event Information
About this Event
The world we are living in is fast-paced and ever-changing. Automation, robotics, and other advanced technologies are overtaking more and more aspects of our personal and work lives.
In any organisation, leaders and talents can easily be overwhelmed by these changes. They need to figure out how they need to transform not only their businesses but also themselves to remain relevant.
In Ravenry's second speaker series, we will discuss and reveal insights on how organisations and talents can prepare for the future. We will present our findings about the key future skills, new working paradigms, organisational structure, and workforce models that might be pervasive in our future.
We are excited to be speaking with experts from the HR and technology industries:
- Nigel Hembrow, CEO of Astrnt will share his thoughts on how technology will continue to shape the future of workforce, and what talents can do now to prepare themselves.
- Abhinaya Chakkirala, Head of People Learning and Development of Experian will provide insights on how organisations can not only be relevant in the future of work, but be a driving force that shapes it.
