💡 What can you expect from this workshop?

This workshop explores the therapeutic potential of aromatherapy in enhancing the quality of life for individuals receiving palliative care. The workshop offers healthcare professionals, caregivers, and complementary therapists an evidence-informed understanding of how aromatherapy can support physical comfort, emotional well-being, and holistic care in end-of-life settings.


Participants will gain insights into the safe and effective use of essential oils for managing symptoms such as pain, anxiety, nausea, and insomnia—common challenges in palliative care. Grounded in both clinical practice and holistic principles, this workshop fosters a compassionate model of care where aromatherapy becomes a medium of comfort, connection, and peace.

This workshop welcomes all holistic health practitioners, caregivers and individual that are keen to explore the healing power of aromatherapy and using it to bring meaningful impact in the lives of those in palliative care.


✨ About the facilitator

Ms Helen Cecilia Ding is a certified Professional Clinical Aromatherapist (NAHA Level 3, IFPA), Skincare Formulator, Educator, EFT practitioner and Hospice Volunteer. She is passionate in assisting individuals and organizations to build a holistic approach in wellness and environment.
