Overview

Real stories and guided conversations to build emotional maturity and more thoughtful connections.

The Human Touch: Conversations for Wellbeing is a face-to-face, bi-monthly talk series that helps participants build healthier everyday behaviours for emotional and social wellbeing.

Through real human stories shared by Human Library speakers, guided conversations, and simple wellbeing practices, participants learn how to pause before reacting, listen with empathy, and engage more thoughtfully with others.

Facilitated by Dr. Josephine P. L. Ong, Mr Jackie Chionh and Mr Wayne Lee, each session creates a warm, inclusive space where participants leave not only inspired, but more mindful in their interactions, more connected to their community, and better equipped to care for their own wellbeing.
