Frequently asked questions

Can I bring food or drinks to the venue?

Yup! Monk's Brew Club will be opening their kitchen throughout the event, so we encourage you to buy some nomz & drinks from them as gratitude for them providing their space for this event!

Can I bring children to this show?

Yes, children are allowed to watch this show. We strive to meet our Arts Entertainment License rating of 'Advisory-16'. However, as this show will be improvised, we cannot guarantee that the show will be 100% family-friendly. As such, parental guidance is always advised.

How do I collect my physical Ticket?

There will be a Ticketing Desk where you can exchange your digital tickets for a physical one. When collecting your ticket, our friendly Train Conductor will punch your ticket with the passes that you've purchased.

How do I use my Ticket?

Before the start of each hour (e.g. 3pm, 4pm, 5pm), our friendly Train Conductors will help to check your ticket and punch the hour you’re about to watch. If you’ve run out of complimentary or purchased hours, you’ll be kindly asked to purchase a Pass to continue watching shows.

If I arrive at a show on the half-hour (e.g. 3.30pm, 4.30pm), do I only deduct half an hour?

No, you’ll be deducted one hour for the hour you arrive, regardless of when during that hour you arrive. (e.g. if you arrive at 4.45pm, you’ll still be deducted 1 hour for 4pm-5pm.)

Must I watch all of my purchased hours consecutively?

No, you can break up your hours however you wish. (e.g. You can watch 3-4pm, leave the venue for an hour, then continue watching 4-8pm with the remainder of your Pass.)

Can I use my purchased hours for other LIT activities?

No, you will not be refunded if you have leftover hours by the end of the event.

What happens if I lose my ticket?

We strongly encourage all attendees to keep their tickets throughout the Improv Express to help us with crowd management. Our Ticketing Desk might be too busy to help account for missing tickets, so the loss of your ticket may result in you needing to re-purchase your Passes.
