The Intentional Pause: Meditation in Nature

Overview

A gentle guided meditation in nature, come slow down, breathe, and be present with yourself.

What if slowing down is the practice?

The Intentional Pause is a recurring guided meditation session held in nature, designed to help you step away from the rush of daily life and return to yourself.

Through gentle meditation, quiet awareness, and mindful presence, we create space to live with intention, calmly, softly, and honestly.

After the meaningful experiences and positive feedback in 2025, we’re carrying the spirit forward into 2026. We truly believe meditation helps us come back to ourselves and stay present.

Whether you’re new to meditation or simply looking for a grounding pause, you’re welcome just as you are.
