Move with Intention

Yoga isn’t just about being flexible or folding into a perfect shape. As the saying goes, "Yoga is not about touching your toes; it’s about what you learn on the way down."

In our second session of the day, we invite you to explore Asana—the physical practice of yoga, which is often misunderstood as just stretching or holding poses. However, Asana is so much more than that.

When you step onto the mat, you’re not only working with your muscles; you’re also engaging with your breath, your habits, your thoughts, and sometimes even your resistance. Each posture acts as a mirror, reflecting what’s happening inside you.

In this session, you’ll discover that your body is not an obstacle; it’s a gateway—a tool to access something beyond the physical. Through mindful movement and breath, we begin to listen.

In that listening, the body becomes a language—one that speaks of presence, stillness, and self-awareness.

Whether you're new to yoga or have been practicing for some time, this is your opportunity to return to the basics with fresh eyes. You will have the chance to move, feel, and reconnect—with your body, your breath, and your being.

We look forward to meeting you on the mat.
