Pollo de Gold – $14

6 pieces of super crispy chicken wings, deep-fried and dunked in a sweet & spicy pumpkin sauce that says "Hola" as u sink your teeth in.

Pollo Manchurian Tortilla – $16

Soft tortilla topped with turmeric infused rice, a perfect bed for some fiery and tangy Manchurian chicken chunks. Garnished with melting cheese and pico de gallo, inspired by #truestory between the Indian Chef and his better Chinese half.

Carne Rendang Tortilla – $18

Soft tortilla layered with traditional bean rice, a wonderful cradle for lemak beef rendang slices to rest on. Marinated overnight for max flavour, topped with oozing cheese and Mexican pickles, this looks like it can share but you’ll be making it your personal pan.

Baja Fish Bites – $17

Soft delicate fish swimming in a red sea of paprika and chilli, then deep fried to order in our house made tempura batter. Served with Chef Joseph’s trademark Red Hot Chilli Pepper Sauce for a sizzling finish.

Yaca Masala de Enchiladas – $22

2 soft tortillas stuffed with young jackfruit, slow-cooked in masala until soft and seductively spicy. Served with home-made mole sauce after sizzling in the oven with melted cheddar.
