About this event
In this talk, Jamie shares how her journaling journey started when she was 12, and how it helped her to become more resilient, productive, and optimistic in today’s frantic modern world.
Jamie offers actionable tips and journaling prompts on how you can start your mindfulness journey so that you can attain internal validation by learning what kind of values you wish to promote, so that you may design your life accordingly.

- Simple steps on getting started with journaling, and how you can create your own journaling prompts

- Learn the emotional and physical health benefits of handwriting

About Workshop Instructor :
Jamie believes that entrepreneurship is a mindset and business is all about people. She loves choosing opportunities based on the quality of people she gets to work with, rather than the perfect job or title. This has allowed her to pursue interests with zero experience in, and be mentored by some of the top industry leaders.
As the founder of Chai Sunrise, she is proud to have created a company that helps people with productivity and mental health through wellness journals. Prior to Chai Sunrise, Jamie was the regional partnerships lead at Carousell and the founder of two education businesses.
Throughout her professional journey, she has been bestowed with several accolades like 30Under30 Anthill Young Entrepreneur Award, WYSE Global Youth Best Work Experience Provider, Australia's Favourite EduTech Startup and ASG Inspirational Teaching Award.
Jamie has a Bachelor of Education from Macquarie University Australia.
