In commemoration of International Week of Deaf People, The Purple Parade is organising a 2-week Sign Language Workshop to help you deepen your understanding of Deaf culture and acquire practical skills for everyday communication!
In two weeks, you'll learn:
> Session 1 (Wed, 17 Sep 2025, 7pm - 9pm): Deaf Culture, Community & Language (DCCL) + Visual Gestural Communication
> Session 2 (Wed, 24 Sep 2025, 7pm - 9pm): Fingerspelling (Alphabets & Numbers) + Sign Vocabulary
> Optional Engagement at *SCAPE: Experience SADeaf's Human Library - hear inspiring life stories first-hand.
