- the principles behind formulating and blending essential oils and other ingredients for DIY products
- how to craft your own travel solutions that take your trip from a good one to a GREAT one
Participants will be crafting their own travel savvy kit to help ease through:
- indigestion through local cuisine which can be too oily, rich or spicy for their palates
- jetlag and fatigue
- muscle aches from cramped travels and exploring
- cool down or warm up depending on where they intend to travel to
- emotional upheavals that can come with travel and/or being with others
