At our 9th Weavers Guild gathering, we explored the theme of “Invisible Work” and the unseen struggles behind entrepreneurship. The conversation was powerful, especially as one member joined us while on the verge of quitting his job. We went deep, sharing personal experiences as parents and fellow entrepreneurs, discussing the delicate balance of family with freelancing and the tough choices of leaving a steady paycheck. What stood out most was the honesty, support, and fellowship shared, a reminder that while traditional networking chases leads, Weavers Guild is about genuine connection first.

Discussion for 10th meeting: “Unlikely Teachers”

In this session we will explore how wisdom often comes from the most unexpected places. From competitors who push us to sharpen our edge, to critics who challenge our perspective, to failures that force us to rethink our path, these unlikely teachers can shape our business thinking in powerful ways. Together we will reflect on how to stay open to learning from everything around us and how to transform setbacks and surprises into lasting growth.
