Headlining MDLR on the 29th of August is none other than Minna-no-Kimochi.
The Tokyo-based rave crew and DJ unit started off back in 2021, introducing a sound that’s rooted in ambient, experimental, and deconstructed trance music from the 90s into clubs. As for their parties, Minna-no-Kimochi have held them at off-shoot locations like warehouses, coastlines, and mountain ruins in and around Tokyo.
They’ve taken their unique sound all across the world – from closing iconic festivals like Glastonbury and CTM which took place in Berlin’s Berghain to clubs like Brussels’ C12 and Paris’ Kilomètre25.
Minna-no-Kimochi also helm the label entitled ‘Mizuha 罔象’, of which releases under it tackle the exploration of experimental and ambient trance music from all around the world. Thugshop residents sho&tell and TMDDJ are on support duties.
