On the 6th of September, we’re locking arms with our friends at FOMOHOMO for an all-nighter with Schacke in our cages.
The Copenhagen-based DJ and producer has been heavily involved with music-making since their early teens, delving into the rawness of genres like metal and industrial. Drawing inspiration from a wide range of styles, they use techno as a foundation to explore genre-bending fusions, keeping dancefloors on their toes – never knowing what’s coming next.
Schacke has kept dancefloors guessing and stomping all across the world, hitting up clubs like New York’s Nowadays, Barcelona’s Razzmatazz, and Tbilisi’s Bassiani, as well as being billed at Herrensauna, Teletech, and Mama Told Ya events.
In 2022, they launched a label called Sacred Interface, which focuses on techno and trance releases from the Danish scene. They also run Moral Defeat, a label co-owned by Mayhem, a cornerstone venue in Copenhagen. As for Schacke’s projects, they’ve been released on the likes of Kulør, Mama Told Ya, KAOS, Instruments Of Discipline and Intrepid Skin.
