Founded in 1967 , TMCS stems as the oldest surviving Toastmaster club in Singapore. Our founder, CTM Ling Lee Hwa, established TMCS to create a supportive environment for individuals dedicated to personal and professional growth. Today, we honor that legacy with a diverse membership spanning various age groups , nationalists, and professions.
