As a thank you to all our patrons over the years, we'd like to welcome you to join our FREE WEEKEND of Train It Yourself. Experience this new evolution of performance for a full hour, uninterrupted.

Equipment provided

- Either Dura Ace or Ultegra Di2 12 Speed equipped road bike

- iPad with Zwift access

- Cycling shoes (SPD-SL Compatible)

Things to note

- Please note that this is a non-guided session, participants will be exercising and training solely on their own

- Please bring along socks, water bottle and towel for this event

- All participants have to be fully vaccinated as this is an indoor unmasked activity

- Bike sizes are limited and pre-assigned
