What do I need to bring?

Just bring yourself with an open mind to enjoy this experience! You may bring a cushion or shawl for comfort, if needed. We will provide a mat, pillow and blanket. Please do bring water to stay hydrated!

How do I get there?

It's outside KAP mall facing Bukit Timah Road. Our cosy ATHISA cafe is downstairs where you can stop by for fresh fruit juices, smoothies, milkshakes, waffles, crepes and sandwiches before or after the session (10% discount). Just walk up the stairs to our tranquil ATH.ISA sound studio.
