What do I need to bring?

Just bring yourself with an open heart and mind. Yoga mat, cushion & blanket will be provided for you to have a comfortable sound healing experience. Do bring a water bottle to stay hydrated :)

What do I need to wear?

Just wear anything comfortable to lie down in and relax :)

Where is the place located?
